Absolutely stunning new building with brilliant courses on offer at many levels. Phenomenal music department.
I have almost completed my apprenticeship at Barnsley College in the Communications and Recruitment department and I have to say it is one of the best places I have ever worked. All the staff are friendly and helpful, the campuses are spacious and modern and the amount of support offered is phenomenal, 10/10 would do it all again!
The staff have no respect for the students and there is so much corruption going on especially at the wigfield farm site. wouldn't recommend going to this college as they only care about the £2000 funding per student. even had this told to me by 2 staff members.
I am currently completing my apprenticeship in the Information Unit at Barnsley College and by far this is the best place that I have worked. All of the staff and students are really friendly and welcoming and I am really enjoying my time at Barnsley College.
The first time I've actually been inside the building. It's modern, spacious and welcoming with some absolutely fantastic displays of modern art and design.
Mine is dated this day but was here for a few years and was electrifying experience
Best around for A level, changes to degree level management caused unease but happy with facilities provided.
I love the art course I'm doing all the staff are really helpful best course I have been on
