Popped in this afternoon looking for a bookcase. A very helpful lady Ali took time to show me everything, and I found the perfect match. Great place with lots of interesting oddities. Very happy I tried this place

Fabulous store, a wonderfully helpful lady made sure my son got exactly the right bed for him. It was delivered and assembled quickly, and for a small fee the old bed was taken away. We won't be going anywhere else for furniture in the future. Thank you
We have bought both a set of sofas and a dining table set from Barnsbury Furniture store. The support in store when choosing both was excellent and we were kept up to date with the delivery expectations. We had a small issue with some of the cushions which arrived and were not correct, and they dealt with it professionally and it was quickly resolved and rectified. Both the sofas and the table were delivered and put together/organised into the right place by friendly staff who were very polite or helpful. Would definitely highly recommend and will use again myself.
Bought a number of things over the years, including a sofa and a wooden TV unit. Good quality, often different and always friendly.
Its an understated frontage at this time of year but a lovely surprise when you open the door. Colourful and playful interiors, lots of interesting homewards alongside a good selection of furniture. Very friendly and helpful staff. Prices seem good too!
My wife and I went in to look for a new bed, i was reluctant as we had been multiple times and couldn’t decide on what we wanted. What a difference Nick made… His product knowledge on anything we looked at was second to none. Less than 14 days later our dream bed has arrived. You might get the “look” online or in other shops but you wont get the knowledge that leads to the quality!!! It took two blokes to carry out headboard alone up the stairs due to the weight quality. Unreal service. We will be back for more bits… thank you!!! If only everyone i interact with in retail experiences acted like this…
What can I say, From start to finish I have been nothing but pleased with the level of service I have received. I have recently just moved house and in need of new furniture and fast, I can also be very picky and a bit of a diva about what I want but nothing was too big or to small of assistance when it came to Barnsbury Furniture. From the warm welcome of walking into the store, The hours spent finalizing what I wanted and the level of service was amazing! I have now received my furniture that I ordered the delivery service was shy from a disappointment. Not only was my furniture delivered on the agreed date and time, which in previous experiences elsewhere this has been an issue The delivery driver was very helpful and in my eyes went above and beyond. Instead of just dropping my items off to the front door, The driver saw I could not move these alone and assisted with helping me move this inside. As most of you could agree moving and settling into a new home can be a stressful process and with the help of Barnsbury Furniture that was minimalized. Overall I am a very happy customer and Highly recommend you use Barnsbury Furniture. I Certainly will not be shopping elsewhere.
