I have been attending this practice for many years and have never had a problem. The staff have always been extremely nice to me and my family.

I have attended this practice for at least 30 years and my experience has always been so positive. The staff are very professional and caring and keep you informed at every step of your treatment. I think the practice is very progressive and offers the highest quality dental service .

Fiona Piper and her team make this one of the best practices I have attended in my lifetime. Careful and accurate examinatons and nothing is too much trouble. My son has been attending here since he was 5 and has no fear whatsoever of the Dentist, A collaborative and learning time. Relaxing and calm waiting area with lots to read.

I've used this practice a few times now, but I won't be using it again. I was needing some root treatment done to a crowned tooth. My dentist managed to break another tooth whilst drilling too hard. Now I need two crowns fitted, one of which for the tooth she managed to break. She is rather clumsy and seems to be lacking experience in working with older teeth. I will not be giving her a chance to break another tooth. She also takes far too long to do the job. I sat in there for one-and-a-quarter hours with my mouth wide open while she drilled, poked around, and filed out root canals with hardly a break to rest my jaws. Her assistant needs to learn some good manners as well as how to vacuum someone's mouth properly. She vacuumed mine like the way she would vacuum her living-room carpet - thrusting the sharp edge of the tube into my gums and inner cheek clumsily and carelessly, and I felt every thrust. I have also noticed snobbery in their attitudes. My first piece of advice to Rebecca Shields is to be more heedful of the discomfort your patients are in, and be careful when tackling older teeth. My second piece of advice is to get a new assistant, or teach the one you presently have how to use the high volume suction equipment properly without hurting the patient, and while you are at it teach her some good manners. Finally, get rid of snobbery in the attitudes.
