Since Sherine left the Working For You project, the service provided by Jill hasn't been great. She either doesn't reply at all or takes months to get back to you whereas Sherine always used to respond in a timely manner and cover all her bases. I felt supported. But, as it's been over 2 months with no response, I feel abandoned by the service and have to look elsewhere for advice.
Been using their service for some time and they are good what they do. They help people with autism like me. They organise activities for groups to interact and socialise to teach your social skills. The staff was friendly and approachable. Enjoyed the gaming session.
Phoned and asked for help with an issue they said they didn't deal with that , then when i asked with what services they could offer they couldn't tell me and to phone back another day . I am advocating for an autistic child , very unwelcoming . I gave 3 stars as I feel they advertise their groups/ workshops very well . I will re review If I have a better experience .

Shocked to find I have high functioning autism.., although it exsplains a lot in relation to my interests in cryptology and math ....anyway....they were very helpful in helping me understand myself better and accomodating to all my questions.
Fabulous, highly gifted trained staff to guide and motivate. A kind and caring atmosphere.
They are all good people and that they help you out in what needs doing like to help you with forms or anything else
I get a lot of help and support with getting to Mencap and i get support in lesson when i do responsible work practice course placement at Mencap
A very friendly, helpful and professional service. One of the best places in Finchley.
