The staff are mostly nice but there is 1 who is a bit short-tempered. Even so - it's a decent shop especially for toys and games. Prices are fine..

One of my favourite charity shops in Whitley Bay. Even more so now as have a Newborn. Very rarely visit and not buy anything. Friendly staff.

Very unfriendly staff who gave me the cold shoulder when I went to donate 5 almost new autobiography books today and told me they had too much stock to be able to take them.  This is the 2nd time this has happened so won't be supporting anymore.  They obviously don't need donations.

Great place to find new and used bargains, especially babies/children's wear

They frequently turn down donations in an unfriendly and dismissive manner. I'm considering filling a briefcase full of cash and trying to donate that.

Bit crammed with stuff so difficult to find what you want but very friendly staff.
