I never find time to write reviews but I had to make sure I did today. If you can’t praise someone for not only selling your first ever home, but also finding you your forever home then when can you!? 

We wasn’t 100% sure if we were doing the right thing when we put our flat on the market. We had 2 valuations and then asked Scott to come out to give us his opinion. He gave us the most genuine answers and made us feel most at ease. 

We then had the pleasure of dealing with Amanda. She was very approachable, informative and professional and we sold our flat on the first day of viewings. 

She then found us a house perfect for our needs that we probably wouldn’t have even looked at had it not have been for her recommendation.

I am not someone that ever writes reviews but I had to on this occasion; Elliott in the Sutton branch was outstanding, he called when he said he would and followed up on everything required. He was very considerate towards ensuring that my 82 year mother-in-law”s moving experience was as smooth and easy as possible.  Scott, the Branch Manager was also as helpful and understanding. My final thanks is to Jill, in the sales process team; Jill pulled out all the stops to ensure the sale completed and was always there to reassure the sale was progressing.  Thank you to all the team for all that you have done!!!

I chose Barnard Marcus because they had sold a friend's house. I'm really pleased I did  because they took all the pain out of selling - really clear and flexible contracting, arranged fab photos, brought people round, did all the negotiating, achieved a good price - thank you Scot, Elliot and Vanilla. And then had a brilliant progression person (Jill) who managed my stress when my purchase took forever! Would definitely recommend.

Barnard Marcus agents helped me get my new house. They were there for me all the way from finding a suitable house up until I moved in the house. I would especially like to mention people from Barnard Marcus, who were of great help; Christopher Breach helping me with mortgage and all the stuff relating to financing, Scott and Elliot from sales helping me in finding a right house for me and the whole branch staff was very cooperative.

Thank you for your great service and I really appreciate your efforts and hard work in finding and finalising a suitable place for me.

I just want to say a massive thank you for Egle! She's was really helpful and great with us without her help we could not manage to move it to my new flat! The team in general were also very helpful. Any queries were dealt with in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!
