Barnard Marcus have provided an excellent service in selling my late uncle's house. Unbeknown to me, my uncle had not looked after the house and was in a shocking state. However, the sales team at Barnard Marcus advertised the house in the best way possible and a buyer came forward. The Team have been extremely helpful over these past 8 months and have been eager to help when I've needed information. Selling my late uncle's house has been a challenging task, but I've felt very much in safe hands. I recommend Barnard Marcus to anyone.
We have just used Barnard Marcus New Malden for the sale of our late mother's house. From valuation to the exchange the whole team have been first rate & professional. We achieved a good price and found three good offers on the open day. I found they always responded quickly to my emails and kept in touch with us and our buyers as the probate progressed.
