Food was ok, my main was lovely chicken pesto. Starter mushroom with sauce about a 8/10 there was a small hair in it so a wee bit off putting. My dessert was bland, apple crumble heated in the microwave, vanilla ice cream with no flavour. My husbands main was also nice and starter he had king prawns which he said was 5/10. Apart from the food the service was great, everyone was lovely. And the cocktail was nice I wouldn't rush back or probably wouldn't recommend it but definitely not the worst.
just celebrated my husbands 60th birthday here, we had the conservatory for a party of 24. honestly the food was amazing just fantastic, great choices on the menu served promptly by an amazing service team , George is a delight, always checking everything is going to plan, this will now be our go to for all our partys. cant wait to go back. Thanks you for a great evening
I got married here December 2021. Robert and his staff could not of been more accommodating. Such lovely staff and a beautiful location. Highly recommended for any functions, Robert will go above ans beyond to make any event special Parking: Great parking on site
My wife and I have been a few times in the past 2 months and have no complaints whatsoever. Food has been great and staff have always been polite and friendly. Will keep going back. Great experience.

Had dinner last night with my wife and a good friend. Restaurant was very clean and bright with lovely views over the lake and golf course. Very pleasant staff, smartly dressed and welcoming. Food was excellent and presented well. Did not feel rushed to consume it, and it was a good size portion. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I'm Gluten Free, and they were able to reassure me regarding the deserts. This Restaurant in my opinion is worthy of the five stars I have given. Would we return again? You bet!.
Beautiful Restaurant nestled in the beautiful countryside in Ballyrobert. Staff are very friendly and couldn't do enough for their customers. The food is just delish and very reasonable prices too. They also do Weddings and cater for any type of occasion. Couldn't resist Barnby's highly enough.
As a vegan , and especially in 2022 , restaurants should up their game when it come to vegan meals. The starter and main was soo underwhelming, surely Chefs could put some thought into vegan dishes. There is so much out there. The vegetables had soo much sauce that you couldn't taste the vegetables . The guacamole was just mashed avocado ‍. Will I go back ? No . To be told the Chefs were on holiday didn't help. 1 starter and 1 main really?
Family dinner with 2 children special needs The food was lovely but the stars where the staff great service. Brillant interaction with the children made for a very enjoyable night.
