If I could have posted with no stars I would have. I would never use this company to carry out any professional services. They attempted to instal a Nest in my home and my heating system (outsourced by Home Serve) has not worked properly since, At no point have they contacted me to apologise for the obvious incompetence of the original engineer - they even tried to invoice me for some extra work they advised me to carry out. An absolute joke of a company/customer service non existent,

We have worked with Barlows over the last 4 years on a variety of Projects completed Nationwide. We have always found the company and staff to be very helpful, friendly and provide value for money. We have never been let down on any sites we have had them attend, a very professional company that I am happy to endorse.

This company fitted a complete fire system in our block of small flats. Never worked right ever. Constantly sounding off at random and showing fault lights. Like right now on a Sunday morning!! Rush installation and it shows. Avoid!! Save your pennies people.
