All around great experience with the team at Barkers. From first call the service was efficient, friendly and showed knowledge and passion for the marques and customers they support. Potential costs were clearly relayed so no surprises were received and a couple of extra requests at short notice were dealt with without fuss. Highly recommended local specialists who I will most definitely use again in future.
Richard has been looking after my BMWs two for sixteen years and the service provided by him and his team has been superb. The communication has been professional and personal, the knowledge of the cars and how to maintain them has been brilliant, and the relationship invaluable: we stay with BMWs because we know they will be so well looked after by Barkers.

The team at Barkers are very professional and the service is excellent. Diagnosed the issue with the car, contacted me very quickly to explain what needed to be done and when it could be done. Needless to say the work was carried out on time whilst keeping me up to date with the progress of the work. Great service and very professional would recommend.
Very impressed with my experience with Barkers Motor Works. I dealt with Mark who provided an accurate estimate for fault finding and likely cost of replacement parts. Final invoice was significantly less than quoted at the BMW main dealership, which allowed me to get the repair work completed ……much to my delight. The work was also completed the same day with the garage able to source the parts promptly after diagnosis was complete. Both Mark and his colleague in the office were very polite, efficient and helpful. In summary, I would highly recommend this garage and I will return for all future car issues or service, and my husband will do the same with his BMW. Only wished I have tried them earlier and had the courage to stray from the main BMW garage/dealership sooner!
I am really pleased to have found this place, I used to go to the main dealer, but they have now moved down the road, but you don't get the service anymore and youbaee treated like a number. The team know there stuff and they are enthusiastic about cars. I am now going to take both of our BMW there for servicing. They went above and beyond to diagnose an annoying noise. Also tried to keep the cost down. Thank you, Barkers.
They did an excellent job fitting a Scorpion Exhaust to my 325i it sounds excellent and looks fantastic will definitely use Barkers for my 325i upgrades and servicingPositiveProfessionalism
