A spectacular bespoke building with enormous floor space, offering a wide range of prices and all products appear to be well made. I did buy, and was very happy with the service - a custom order arriving well ahead of the estimate. As someone who looks for furniture to last a lifetime, shopping here is a delight.

Attractive building hosting a large showroom full of attractive living room and bedroom furniture. Pricing seems reasonable and the range is wide and fairly diverse. Staff are friendly and engaged but there isn't a hard sell. Nice coffee in the bar on the first floor too.

I love a lot of the furniture in this palace. The one in Guildford is huge. Great selection. Where this place was lacking was the fact that no one even bothered to say hello the day we were there. I will say the staff at the Nottingham store were great. We were greeted far more. I am not a huge fan of the beds they have... Old school framework that just looks dated, but the dining tables, chairs and desk (a lot of them) look great. I loved the aviator chair. Too bad the Mrs doesn't.

High quality items and quite unique. Great staff in the Guildford showroom, no pressure to buy. Excellent variety on display. Pricey but do not disappoint.

Awful company to deal with! Ordered our table online and expected it three weeks later... After 2 weeks we recieved a call to say they did not have the table! So we called them and talked about options (pretty much no options given.. 5% off and no shipping fee off another table which we did not like as much but which was more expensive!) They said they would try and sort something else out and call us back... At no point did we recieve a call or missed call or email after this... So we had to chase as they still had our money. After chasing and whining more (not fun when you are recently pregnant and not flush with cash) the best they offered was 10% off after multiple calls all while we had no table and getting pretty stressed. In the end we got our money back, countless time wasted, and no table. As far as I know we just wanted a table that was 'available'. Not sure why we got messed around so much. Would not recommend at all. Please avoid the stress.. hope we get our money back soon but not holding my breath based on this experience O_O
