Brought a Propety recently with the help of af Barker. Marco was absolutely amazing, he dealt with everything very quickly. I found that he was very responsive each time I called. Provided very good advice.

Rude, incompetent, unprofessional, lazy. This "firm" has been a huge stress and caused more bad than good. They don't bother to let notify you about matters until the very last minute. They are incredibly rude on the phone, snapping back "if you give me a chance I'll tell you!" when I politely asked who I'm to expect a call off. Do not pay these people. There cannot possibly be a worse firm, so I urge you not to use these cowboys.

I've used Marco and AF Barker for several property transactions and he is awesome, giving sound, solid advice. He needs a little prod from time to time but every solicitors I have used for conveyancing does. Overall he does a great job and uses a common sense approach. Plus his fees are very competitive.

If you value your house purchase dont use this unprofessional firm. Marco does not respond to email for days and sometimes weeks and then when he does respond he doesn't answer the questions fully. We had a nightmare buying a house with this firm and we nearly lost it due to how slow they are to react. Poor service and avoid at all costs.

I am so impressed.  I have just completed on a property sale and have to say that A F Barker are fast, friendly and super efficient. The whole process took a couple of emails and a face to face visit. I have no hesitation in recommending.
