1st July 6.30pm Seriously disappointing - dry old and cold chips. The fish batter was soggy not crispy. The actual fish was ok. Won’t be visiting here again. On the positive side the dogs enjoyed the chips.
Fairplay! Never ordered because of how bad reviews are, every other fishshop shut so thought I'd have ago! Fairplay ordered and delivered with in 30mins food hot and really nice!
The service women were very good and polite they completed my order within good time and they made sure my cod was cooked fresh one lady finished their food and left within 2 minutes they cleaned the table. I think this is a very clean and organised place to order from:
Stopped in while in the area. First visit. The 4 of us went for a sit down meal. Well it was excellent. Best fish and chips I've had in some time. Chips are very good but the fish was the star. I went for cod and the batter was delicious. Highly recommend and will visit again if next in the area.nnHad another trip here; just chips this time. Again awesome.
Got chips from this chippy 2 weeks ago. They were lovely well cooked and generous portions. Went there today and the attached picture is the tiny portion you now get for the same price. Undercooked and a miniscule amount of chips. Really disappointed. Will not be returning.
