Cheap and convenient the staff are really friendly and helpful as they go out their way to help customers. They also friendly banter not like supermarkets today they do everything in that shop for instant online shopping parcel come into the shop and within a day since ordering I come to the shop and pick up my parcel. 100% satisfaction

absolutely shocking customer service needs shutting down was waiting at the till for 10 minutes while shopkeeper was on the phone no manners at all

Not great with pushchairs. They watch you struggle getting into the shop and dont help you when leaving. They just sit down and watch. I left something on the counter (my mistake) and they do not even let you know its been left there. Not impressed. Lacking in customer service. If this was my business i would give my head a wobble
