Seem to have no staff or counter service any more, machines are slow and only allow limited number of notes to be paid in at once, had to do my business banking over 3 transactions. Massive wait and queue behind me owing to tike it takes! Bring back some human contact and some common sense please! Absolutely ridiculous!
I dont use branches very often these days, but needed help and was dealt with quickly by the front desk in few minutes. Just a little surprised that at 2.20, the cashier desks were closed????
The staff are always so very helpful and friendly. Its so lovely to see the welcoming face of Richard. A fantastic branch with staff that are a credit to barclays bank. They all provide an amazing service.
New Year's eve, Barclays stated on The internet,bank closing at 2pm. I and other clients arrived at the Bank at 12pm only to find the bank was closed, despite the sign on the the wall reenthesising that the Bank would close at 2pm. I am appalled to think that they have so little regard for their clients that they didn't think to put out an update apology for having closed early, that's if they opened at all?
Richard on the front desk is worth his weight in gold. Fantastic customer service, very personable which is very much needed now the bank is without cashier desks.
Have been waiting on phone line for 20 minutes now to get confirmation that Barclays Bank counter is manned until 4.30 as stated. Still waiting. Appalling service. If I could give zero stars I would. Makes mental note to switch Banks.
Have been dealing with this bank and their fantastic staff for over 15 years, always courteous and ready to help. Have both business and personal accounts with them and never had any problems. Would recommend Barclays, Market Square in Aylesbury to anyone. Derek
I have banked with Barclays for years but need to find a bank that can be bothered to open at the weekend. For those of us working through Covid to keep the country going Barclays offers nothing! And when I used the chat to ask if the branch was open on a Saturday because Google said it was I was asked if I was a customer, for my account number, and finally my name before they would tell me if the branch was open or not. Customer Service zero out of ten, support for workers during Covid zero out of ten! Disappointing Barclays, very disappointing!
Is going from worse to disaster! The explanation regarding my interest fee really high let me with no words! Is time for a change and I recommended to everyone who wants to be treated with respect
No staff at 11.00 am, only wanted to enquire about opening up a new account - don't think l will bother now!
