Please swap the staff members. A heavily pregnant women who is just trying to sound smart, and boss everyone around including clients, but zero help. Ordered a new bank card last week. Took ages to sort one out in the bank. STILL WAITING on the bank card and means I need to now further waste my time and call in.

Thanks a lot for the lovely Barclays staff members! The cashier was working only from 11am, but the team was so lovely and didn't ask me to wait extra 15minutes until opening, they just done everything straight away! Always nice to visit the branch where team is working so hard to made the customers happy!

Unfortunately another company that has used covid as an excuse to cut down and remove personal services. Be prepared for a lengthy wait! No longer any till for business banking

Due to covid Barclays reduced their working hours and specific number of people are allowed to go inside at the same time. Always telling us to use hand sanitizer and put the mask. This morning I saw the cleaner to clean the counters and other touching points by customers with the mop that she just cleaned the floor. When I asked one of the employee, the answer was ' I really don't know'. What a cleaning! I am super disgusted with this branch
