Can't fault the staff within this branch, manager Michelle and Freya are brilliant at their job and helped me so much when I was in need. I was definitely supported and guided to the best of their ability. Payments messed up on my account which led to a debt to the bank 4 months down the line! The matter was resolved quickly due to the level of care of circumstances. Would recommend to anyone 5*

I have had nothinv but exemplary service from Barclays. The staff is BRILLIANT, it's not their fault that hours have been shortened. Always very helpful, especially to pensioners like myself. They restore my faith in humanity, unlike all the maskless 'I don't have to wear one, I'm English' tourists who just prolong pandemic issues.
Supposed to be open at 0930, still closed at 1005. No notices as to why the closure. Bad enough I have to travel from Prestatyn, where our branch is perfectly closed to find my nearest branch us also closed. Absolute Rubbish. Seriously considering closing my account with this shower!!!
They closed Prestatyn bank so have to get to Rhyl now, pathetic. Opening times are still a joke, should be CLOSING TIMES!. Parking is a pain, don't know why they bother, blame everything on pandemic, what's that got to do with hours opened?. 9.30 to 3.30 is useless if you work. Wish I didn't have to work over 12hr shift, part time hours.
Just queued up outside Barclays in Rhyl for about half an hour, no lights on, no notice on the door, supposed to be open today! If something has happened out of their control, they should have at least put a note on the door, but nothing. Absolute disgrace of a Bank!

Staff could do with a refresher course on customer service!! And any chance of fixing the entrance door??My elderly mum had great difficulty in opening it.I'm sure the profits Barclays make they could afford an automatic door like the other banks in Rhyl???
Poor service at Rhyl branch today on the counter, however the entrance was very welcoming
Rude and miserable, I've never known a bank like it. If I could give no stars, I would. This bad experience has caused me to move bank. Cheers guys.
