Excellent for paying cash straight to credit card and super staff
As soon as you enter the building you are hounded. I went in today to make a deposit and immediately I was set upon. The manageress made me so flustered I couldn't remember my PIN. I assume she was the manageress, but it's hard to tell as she was wearing jeans & a t-shirt. She was sitting with her feet up on her desk playing on her phone as I walked in.
Absolutely and utterly hopeless staff who delight in telling you they can’t help you. If you’re looking for a branch who are akin to an ashtray on a motorbike, Barclays Livingston are for you.
Terrible staff don’t know what they are doing hopeless u go and pay a bill they take the pounds and don’t take the pennies
This branch is never open during advertised hours. Absolutely no point in this branch existence any more. It’s about time Barclays closed it down.
