counters only ever a maximum of 2 staff serving, the rest usually chatting behind the screen despite queues. 2 sit down counters, unmanned, no service offered. Not open Saturdays or past 4:30pm. No facility to open account/s. Customer service average.

A nice friendly bank always helpful. Shame they don't open Saturday

Not a busy branch, but gave it 3 stars cause they close too early and are not open on Saturdays.   Plus you can't do banking that involves setting up an account.  They book an appointment for you at another branch (i.e Croydon).
