On the contrary to the other very negative and in my opinion, rather rude review of this bank and in particular a review of Stephen, I had quite a wonderful experience. I opened an ISA saving account with low and behold, Stephen! He was very professional, thorough and the entire process was very well received. Would highly recommend an appointment with Stephen, as not only is he very good at his job, but also full of bants! WE LOVE STEPHEN!

Stephen is a useless jobsworth prat. Kept me waiting for hours to open a basic account. Kept disappearing, did not tell me until that my address IDs were no good until right at the end, then misinformed me completely about coming back and finalising the completion with the cashiers. No chat at all, ignored what I said at all times. You need to get rid of staff like this.
