Poor - and baffling. Why if there is a queue - and it was a long one - do the ipad people appear from their little rooms and offer to help those at the back of the queue rather than those at the front? Why do they leap to assist people the moment they come in rather than asking them to wait and attend to those who have been waiting in the queue for a LONG time? Is there a queuing system or not? I asked the cashier how the system worked - only two counters were open out of five - and she did not know, and then asked an ipad person who said she had asked those in the queue if she could assist... in fact while I waited for a good twenty minutes she had not. Bad customer service, a confusing system and run down premises; I was not the only one in the queue grumbling!

I have been trying to contact a personal banker at this Branch to discuss some business. The 0845 number wont let you get past a computer without jumping through hoops I don't have, and I can't get hold of a geographical number anywhere. Seriously unhappy about the customer lack of service.
