Everybody makes a mistake! I moved from the machine in the corner of the Paignton branch today to stand in the queue.I was distracted by wife going outside and didn't realise I had stepped in front in front of someone else. It was pointed out to me but, in a manner that suggested that I had done this on purpose by a member of Paignton staff(man in a suit with black hair and beard) I have had an account in the Paignton branch for many years and to be embarrassed by this man when it was obvious that it was not intentional was out of order. His smug and belligerent manner left me outraged. I have voted with my feet and withdrawn all the money out of both accounts bar fifty pounds. And the money transfer from a sale of a yacht in Brixham that I was about put in will not now go to Barclays.
