I live out of the UK and manage a parent's bank account in Somerset. I have a relatively new Pin Sentry machine. I cannot access this bank account over which I have Power of Attorney. The Pin machine locked me out after I used the wrong password only once. It is supposed to allow three tries. I have been cut off or left holding by the 0845 number for half an hour more than once trying to get the problem solved. I cannot get the local branch to answer their phone. If any other business acted this way, they would lose all their customers. I am going to have to change banks if I can't solve this problem.
