Worse bank in Ponty, shouldn’t call itself a bank. Spent 30 minutes in there, no staff tried 3 machines telling me I have no recognised account 4th wouldn’t give me the Money needed as over daily limit, needed to speak to someone to say I have easily enough in my account but need extra to what machine gives. But queue now 9 people and already spent 30 mins wasting time. Went to Nat West over the road 2 mins later money out of another account and all achieved. Giving up on Barclays, transfer next week. Pathetic!!
I walked in with my mother due to someone doing fraudulent activity on her accoint and we were seen in an instant. Emily was helpful kind and most reassuring. Thank you
One person at the counter, very long ques all the time while staff members walking around waiting, doing nothing... get them to serve people, cant replace everything with machines! Added star for the app, otherwise its always annoying to go there in person, not supposed to spend half a day there!
Had a telephone appointment booked for my 90 year old father. They blocked his account as he dare apply for credit. He is blind, deaf and bed bound so they blocked his account and only access to funds. The appointment was for 11am. Its now 11.35 and not a peep from these people. Just Google 'barclays blocks account' and reconsider being with this sick bank. Utterly disgusting and frustrating to deal with people who can happily cut access to a disabled person's funds. Sickening.
Totally absurd. Support is awful and to create an account you'll need to use the app that doesn't even work properly ?
Banked here for many years now.Lots of choice and variety of various different products on offer .Staff are always on hand to help as soon as you walk through the the door. Always greeted with a friendly smile too.
Ridiculous. 1 person on counter over 10 people in que. Another staff member showing oaps how to use electronic banking. Really? They will never uae it again and the time it takes they could have dealt with 3 people at the counter!!
Blocked my account after some girl transferred me money then reported me for stealing when she willingly sent me money now I’m 2 weeks in with no food no toiletries and the bank won’t even let me withdraw money so I can live worst bank going
The staff can't do enough for you, I think they great.
