This branch is superb as transferring most counters to automated machines reduce the chance of hassling from staff.

Staff are fine it's the other customers who are not. This morning I was pushed aside by a rather rude man, whilst about to use the machines to deposit funds. He stood over me and prevented me putting my card in the slot. Apparently I hadn't queued. I noticed people waiting in a line but assumed they were wanting to see the cashiers. So I stood back until a machine became available. When out of nowhere this man literally pushed me aside. I did stand in a not very organised queue and did go about my business, but I doubt this person would have been so rude had I been another man.

If you want to see a bank teller, you're going to be screwed. If you want to speak to someone, you'll wait a long time. If you're like me, and go in to only use their self service machines every time, you'll be pleased with this branch.

As a first year student, handling money matters can be a bit daunting. The service I received was quick, friendly and helpful. Going in I was a nervous and worried, and when I left I was much more at ease. Thank you!
