The staff are great but the recent refit and re-refit seem to have properly mucked things up. I only ever want to speak to humans, but that is getting harder and harder. The refurb' has noticeably limited my visits.

Very different customer service in comparison to the old branch which was welcoming and really easy to get help from friendly staff. When I go to the new branch I feel lost and have to look for someone to help.

Dreadful waiting times for anything that involves actually getting to be served by a human being, which is the only reason I ever go into the branch. Anything else can be done online so what on earth are barclays thinking of. Customer service should paramount, it is now a chore to wait half an hour or so each time I visit.

very bad customer service. always long que always when i go waiting a long time and in receptionist ignor as and always counting a coin and one more thing customer service machine always have a problem not satisfied.
