Very Friendly and professional staff. The Building is laid out lovely and also provides a large number of services too. the only hiccup I find nowadays is that the hours most of the time mean that I have to take an extended lunch break if I wish to deposit money into my account or if I need to get in and deal with any banking inside the branch. Other than that though a good bank and service.

Nia Roberts - Go to Advisor more like" don't waste your time Advisor"...... went there today in order to withdraw money after losing my debit card. Even though I reported it lost previous day. Apparently the customer service agent who reported it lost didn't log it on the system, so extraordinarily to my surprise she said her colleague didn't report it properly. To my amazement I had to go through reporting the card as lost once again. That was not the issue the main issue was that she was very rude and unwilling to help and not understanding my frustration. I understand they have a duty to protect me from fraud but when they take 30-40mins to verify my details after providing my driving license it's was such a slow services and disappointing experience. I will not be going to this branch of Barclays Bank again. :-(
