Bad experience, branch mostly empty, ladies there had plenty of time to chat with each other but didn't find time to serve customers as they should. Waited @ 45 minutes to make a transfer it was a big transfer of over 200,000 and I couldn't do that from the appnnWaiting so long for no reason is disappointing.
I’ve been in your Edgware HA8 brunch last month. Everything was smooth and clearly communicated by the ladies there. Mariela Apologies if I spelt it wrong told me to come next month today 3rd June to apply for my loan because the chance for me to get a loan last month was not good so she said come on the 3rd of June and ask for me and we try then. The lady today Hazel i believe, didn’t help at all she said I came for nothing because nothing gonna happen. She was very rude to me and to her colleagues as well. She was yelling at them for God knows what reason. I thought that your stuff in the brunch is there to help not to send clients away with no reason. She did not even answer to our “good morning”. Very rude lady. I hope guys you will train that lady better.

I recently went to assist my dad with his banking issue, and I must say, the service we received was quite disappointing.nnThe lady who served us had a rude demeanor from the start. When my dad presented his passport, she gave him a funny look and made a snide comment, asking if that was all. It was unnecessary and made us feel uncomfortable, so we ended up providing his driving license aswell. As i couldn't speak on his behalf a translator was needed which is understandable for security purposes. She asked what language dose your dad speak, when i told her she gave the same snidey expression.
