Knowledgeable and helpful staff. The queue is always long as not sure if Barclays Corporate appreciate the customers' waiting time is money to Barclay repeat business and to their customers themselves.

My Branch, full of lovely ladies, shifting into self-service branch incrementally
Terrible experiance at this branch! Me and my partner wanted to open a new cash isa account with them and 3 times we went into do this In one week for them to give us the wrong information 3 times by 3 different staff members and didn't make us feel welcome or that they wanted our custom at all! Will not be returning again
Counter service only for account holders
Most actions can be done at the cash machines, but for when you need to talk to someone they are very friendly. Unfortunately wait times can get very long, especially when university starts.
