What a joke!My mother went to this so called bank yesterday 13/11/20 to transfer some money to my account thinking they were open until 3pm as it stated on the door,only to find they were shut before midday.Thanks very much Barclays,have to go all weekend without any money.If I were you,inform people of yr new opening times,if that's not too difficult for you! It's Monday 16/11/2020 and this pathetic place is yet shut again,with no notice on the door or website.Is this the most useless branch in Britain,nice to see they keep their customers informed of the opening times.!!!!!

I had a great experience in the bank today the girl was friendly helpful good communication skills makes a nice change to being greeted a lot by miserable stupid faces normally in shops so 10/10 for Barclays
