Incredibly selective customer service while some at the branch treated me fairly there was one young woman who wasnt even wearing proper uniform might i add that was extremely rude and dismissive of me to the point of treating other customers first and better. I will also put in a complaint with overall barclays itself and remind them that everyone should be provided good customer service
Rude staff at times, not open when they should be then decide to end their day at 3pm like everyone else? when eventually you go to talk to someone after haggling time out of work which isnt free they point at a machine which does not change your address, accept change or do anything that all cashpoints can do at any other bank. This ones proberly going soon, but hey at least they have a bus no one can get to with even fewer services.
Poor customer service skills. Person at front not listening to customer to be able to guide them to the right counter, therefore people needs to wait longer to different counters. Also I noticed staff walking around but nobody is actually doing anything for the customers which makes the waiting really long time!
Great to have an open branch, very personable and helpful staff, Krushant helped very competently and with a smile on his face

Went into Barclays today to have a card replaced as it expired and was told that I couldn't be attended to because they were "at full capacity" and "short of staff" to attend to only 3 customers. One male member of staff was utterly rude, unhelpful, unfriendly and provided very poor customer service. If this is how some Barclays staff treat customers, managers should seriously reconsider what type of people they are hiring.
Aleesha and her colleagues were very helpful. I was immediately approached and assisted within 10 minutes of walking in. Thank you
Always have to wait atleast 5 times more than other branches. Since new kiosks been set up its terrible if u just want to hand in something. You guys need a front or house with an ipad welcoming and directing people to relevant cues. Some times its flawless.
Much the same as most other banks, sometimes queues sometimes none, helpful staff. Cash machines on the exterior for easy cash receipts
