Useless. Tried to set up new account. Went into branch, told to do it on line - back home tried on line, completed on line form, given ref number, told to now ring tel number and give ref No. On tel, told need to book apponiment in branch. OK I would like to book appontment - 'you cant' we are fully booked for next month. Call back in a month we should be able to book you an appoiunment within the month after that. Oh then after application submitted it will take 2-3 weeks to open account. REALLY"

Great service. Stephanie was really helpful in the first stages of opening a business account. All the staff were taking Covid seriously and wiping things down after each customer came in. Well done, you’re taking risks on the frontline too and deserve acknowledgement for that.

Excellent service there today from Phil .. he organised a transaction for me, talked me through the process and explained it all clearly ..  great service .. thank you!

Counter services close at 14.00 and don't even open on Saturday mornings. Quite a rude front of house girl who when explaining the opening hours was just looking down her nose at me!

Very unhappy with the online banking. There is always some problem and if you try to call the customer service number you can't get through for ages. This is the most poorly designed online banking I ever used.

This is the most depressing bank I have ever been in to. It is wallpapered by an army of 'do it yourself' machines and the feeling of which i can only liken to when your favourite transformer reaches it's end. Your are greeted with an IPad rather than a handshake. Is this the future of customer service? I really hope not!

I wish this bank would stop funding fossil fuel extraction

Appalling front of house customer service by a rude female employee.   If I could give a negative star rating I would.  Barclays has gone downhill, and the customer service in Hereford is non-existent.  Avoid.

Friendly. helpful staff but I find it sad that they now only have one counter, all part of trying to force internet banking on to us.

Called to pay pension in last Monday, closed, called in again yesterday 09/12/2002 shut again, no text contact number useless!
