Excellent establishment, the staff are friendly, caring and well trained. They focus on centred care and are very strict in equality, treat you with respect without discrimination and follow health and safety. The place itself is clean, well maintain and a great environment for growth, social activities and much more. Definitely recommend it!

The Hawthorns has lovely helpful caring staff who look after my daughters needs, the nursing care has had a positive impact my daughters condition in the time she has been here The physio staff are top notch and very committed to there work

Worked here on temp basis. All the staff were great; efficient, caring and hard working, making it a lovely atmosphere to be in.
Lovely atmosphere, the staff are really caring . Thete is lots of laughter from people living at Hawthorns.
Staff are wonderful carding devoted to there job they will do everything they can to look after you .
Clean rooms and bathrooms for residents. Fantastic staff
