Came here to get some flowers for a family member. With zero knowledge of flowers, I just said “a purple bouquet please” and ended up with the most stunning arrangement. Super friendly and helpful staff and very affordable prices. Thank you!
Fantastic florists and very enthusiastic about what they do. Created and delivered the centrepieces for our wedding precisely to what we had requested. Also helped with our cake decorations.

Phoned last minute on my mum's 93rd birthday from outback Australia, fantastic service! Spoke to my mum 2 hrs later & they'd been delivered and she was delighted with their choice. The guy who took the call went out of his way to make sure she got the flowers on her birthday by delivering them himself, outstanding!
Been a customer of Barbara's for over 20 years. I tend to pop in and ask for something for £xxx and she always manages to create something beautiful, that lasts for quite a while. Lovely lady.
Barbara has always been great when I've bought bouquets for my wife. We asked them to do the flowers for our wedding and they were fantastic. She was great when discussing what we were after, flexible to our changes and great on the day delivered by her son.

You are absolutely right re rudeness. I've never had such rudeness on the phone. Calling from Australia and I was told the lady was 'bored with this' and to call her back. Not likely! What a way to treat customers!
