Lovely staff here but that’s the best you can say. Most of the food was off the menu, same for cocktails. Coffee machine not working. The tables are dirty. More than £10 for large white wine. Depressing departure area!
I have no choice but travel through T1 so I always come here. This is a bar not a restaurant so I’m not sure what some people are expecting. Food is fine. Drinks good but the big draw is the kind and lovely staff. Every single time.
Airport prices obviously and good for breakfast, just not gourmet. Staff were friendly and the queues were moving quickly to make sure everyone was served. Cash and card accepted, as well as contactless ordering too. Pint of Estrella lager is £6.35. Giraffe next door is slightly cheaper. Nice view of the runway and plenty of seating dotted around, but I imagine at busy times can get a bit hectic.
Food ok. Drinks came fast. Fast food. All could be better. But for airport quite fair.
The back sofa is the best place on the airport for sur NETHERTHELESS they dont want to serve you The menu is like a draft They dont know if they have Icetea And they dont have icetea
Fine service. Otherwise terrible. Tiny portions, extremely tired furniture, and crazy prices. Had this tiny thing thing for £9.75. Astronomically poor value.
Almost £15 to microwave a frozen burger made with questionable mince slathered in sugar sauce to mask the source. Possibly the worst thing I've ever eaten.
Supposed to open at 4am. We waited in a queue from 3.45 and watched staff help themselves to coffee, sit and stand around chatting to each other and then reluctantly opened at 4.25. We ordered breakfasts which was lovely and only spoiled by the appearance of a rat Running around under our feet. I advised the "manager" who told me it was the responsibility of the airport and not him. Would not go anywhere this or the adjacent bar ever again.
Great all day breakfast, decent selection of nice beers as well as the usual stuff on gas. Cheaper than the loft, but with views of the planes to keep kids amused and plenty of spots to plug in and charge. Not bad pice wise given it's airside. Can do a lot worse in T1
Why would they put the cheese on the outside of a toastie? What maddness is this? Pretty expensive too.
