Sticky and tatty tables and food that does not impress! Sadly, there is not much in Newcastle Airport and the menu did sound promising, next time I know to avoid. Food was super quick and makes me thing it was already cooked and just warmed up. Perhaps explains the really soft chips? Lastly, the beer did taste abit off, or perhaps the lines were not cleaned or maybe just my taste buds after the weird Katsu Burger ...
Thank you for reserving our table and making the start of my husband's birthday celebrations so good . Staff were lovely and very helpful giving us great ideas for our up n coming hen party that will definitely be starting in bar 11
Had a couple of drinks and a snack here before flying out this morning. Place was spotless and our table was clean and not sticky! The staff were welcoming when I ordered, Emily and Keith behind the bar I think poured a couple of decent pints and when the food arrived it looked good, was hot and tasty. Happy days.
The bangers and mash was delicious and the breakfast roll was also very tasty.
Lovely breakfast served by the very polite staff member Eve, nothing was a bother to her and she is an asset to the company
Brilliant service, absolutely lovely food. Tejay in particular has been so welcoming, friendly and helpful. But all the staff do seem just as lovely and polite
When we arrived the Metro Bar had no internet for the card payment and table service. The bar staff overcame this very attentive and helpful and we were served by a cheerful bar person called Amy. A happy start to our holiday.
Popped into Bar 11 for a pre flight drink, we where served by a lovely lad called Tejay I'm sure that's his name very welcoming and couldn't be more helpful a credit to Bar11 and the airport experience .
Thanks to the lovely Emily for being so pleasant and helpful. She really helped get this special birthday trip off to a fabulous start. Thanks Emily xx
Leah I was having a hot flush at the airport asked for my water bottle to be topped up, she noticed I was a bit flustered and asked if I’d like some ice put in it. It’s nice to be nice!
