As a first time author I entered the publishing arena with an air of trepidation. I needn't have worried as the first four that I contacted were all fine and approachable and yet, even after further extensive online research, I still felt something was lacking. I'm pleased to report that all was suitably revealed once I'd spoken to the knowledgeable Robert at Bannister Publications. From the first meeting to receipt of my printed book I could not have been more impressed. Naturally enthusiastic both he and Jenny are prepared to go 'above and beyond' for the customer. A typical example was where I had set a stretching target date for print and subsequent delivery of my book - Robert was prepared to undertake the 4 hour trek to the printers himself to ensure this target was achieved. Having written a novel during lockdown with no previous experience of creative writing, I approached Bannister Publications with trepidation. But I could not have had a better experience! From the start, Rob Bannister was kind, supportive, encouraging, enthusiastic and supportive.
