Myself and my partner have recently purchased our first property and through recommendations through friends and family we chose Banner Jones as our convenyencor. I would 100% recommend Sandra Dysart and don't have anything but positive things to say about the service we have received. She has worked quickly, efficiently and made this process completely stress free for us. From putting our offer in on the 12th February we have only had to wait 8 weeks for a completion date. Correspondence has been regular, easy to understand and Sandra is very easy to get in touch with. I will be recommending Banner Jones to my friends too, especially those who are looking to purchase their first properties and will definitey use them again in the future myself. Can't thank Sandra enough for her help with our case and making our house buying experience smooth and exciting - as it should be!

Our dealing with Kate Skelton and her team  was professional, prompt and customer focused . All  the legal work associated with buying our first home was well with in agreed time line. We are very happy with the service provided and  all the queries were proactively addressed as per our expectation.  It was a pleasure to deal with Kate  and her colleagues .  We will certainly contact Banner Jones again for future work due to the excellent service we have received and happy to recommend  them to anyone looking for professional legal work.

Would not recommend to others. When Jon worked there things were going very smoothly and we felt very informed. Sadly he left 2 months before the house sale went through. Due to complications found on the house we was going to buy, which needed correcting.
However the estate agents Hunters did more chasing round for updates and ourselves than the solicitors did. The lady we had been assigned to we only spoke with once other than that it was her assistant who would call back. They made a stressful time not easy and very frustrating. 
To the point my wife kept calling the council, estate agents to keep them update, who then kept others in the chain updated so that no one pulled out!
