Something that I was looking for a long time. Small but well managed gym what is not crowded. Never was waiting for a equipment. Also there is spa, sauna and swimming pool. The pool is always empty. BEST GYM I HAVE ATTENDED IN BRUM.

I've been coming to this gym for many years. It's in a great location and has an excellent range of classes and gym equipment to help you along your fitness journey. The gym has also recently had an upgrade of all the gym equipment and a lick of paint in the gym area. The upgrade in my opinion did not go far enough. The changing rooms and particularly the shower area are in need of a major upgrade. The entrance/ reception area should also have been included in the renovation. There is a lot of gym competition in Birmingham city centre so Bannatyne really need to address this if they don't want to loose business.

DO NOT USE - Poor experience with these guys - I signed up to them after moving up from Oxford as they are in the City Centre and seemed convenient. I started travelling during the week so cancelled my membership online, which was all done automatically. I actually moved bank accounts shortly after so my direct debit information changed over, the Bannatyne one was not changed. Instead of giving me a reminder via email, phone, call, post to pay the final monthly fee - they passed the charges on to a debt collection agency. This is just gross! I would expect to have received communication before this happened, not a good position to be put into. Poor customer service, extremely poor management, and even worse communication!! Sack whoever is managing this place, as they are doing a terrible job!

Fantastic gym! Had everything I needed and more. Very clean and modern. Staff were great and very helpful.

Friendly staff , who went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Good range of classes to suit all ages.
