Not a bad little stadium. About 11k in capacity. 1990s style architecture. All seated and covered. Basic facilities but did the job. Carling in the away end. Couldn't resist a midlands special Chicken Balti Pukka Pie!!Definitely worth a visit. Passed multiple times on the M6 and had to stop by one day. Watched Walsall vs Barrow. Good game
First match of the season ,Walsall v Morcambe, good atmosphere , easy to get to tho parking was a challenge. Worth a visit.
I visited as an away supporter for the Walsall v Tranmere fixture. It was quite easy to get to the ground by train. The away supporter area was all seating. There were a few basic refreshment facilities. I didn’t get a beer but I bought a bottle of coke and a burger. The staff removed the lid from the coke that I purchased. This was presumably so that I didn’t throw it onto the pitch. I haven’t seen this done at any other grounds but it didn’t particularly bother me as I was going to drink it there anyway. I had a reasonable burger which cost me £4.80. This is 20p cheaper than the “cowshed” burgers that they sell at Prenton Park but I declined the option of cheese which would have cost me 50p extra. The staff were friendly enough, they told me to enjoy the game which was nice of them. The police were quite helpful and friendly. There was a good view of the game from the away end. I sat at the back initially but I moved towards the front because it was a bit quieter there. Nobody seemed to mind me doing this which was quite reasonable. I don’t think any of our supporters caused trouble. It was a decent ground to visit, despite the result for our team. I had a panic before I got in because I left my paper ticket at home. The Tranmere supporters liaison officers spoke to Walsall who managed to print me another ticket out which was really helpful. I really appreciated this gesture. It was quite easy to pick my new ticket up and to find my way into the ground from there.
I go to catch up with friends that have stalls there and pick up things that have been ordered from regular sellers , we go early and leave before it gets too crowded breakfast and coffee from sizzler food truck the red one lovely people and good food at reasonable price ,
Sat in the poundland stand great view and good facilities with good selection of beers and spirits
Nice little stadium with friendly and helpful staff. Good parking. Poor bar and catering inside stadium.
Nice ground great result from 2 down
They have food and drink on site if you get hungry The staff are very friendly and helpful The Football pitch is high quality It's very easy to get to if you are travelling by train The toilets are a bit too small Small bit of flooding on the stands when it is raining Overall, it's a cool stadium to visit!
Easy to get into stands, better atmosphere than the etihad, however they don’t usually fill the stadium. Nice food not too overpriced, overall a great place to watch football
I remember I went to my prom night when I was 16. I missed my friends from my old school that I cherished in my heart. These are the memories I shared with them in my life.
