Thank you to the lady called Elizabeth who answered my call about my dad. She was so kind and my dad quickly got help with a life threatening condition. Dr Weir was amazingly quick with the tests. I can't thank you enough. Our NHS is amazing.
Without doubt the worst GP surgery in Scotland. Receptionists routinely ignore the phones, on more than one occasion I have been standing in the surgery while the phones are ringing and reception staff can be heard in their staff room ignoring them. On one occasion while in the surgery I asked if the receptionist wished to answer the phone before speaking to me to which she replied "nah, it will ring out in a moment". On a regular basis I have medication unavailable on a repeat prescription but it's not until I've gone to pick it up that I get told it's up for review, without any notice from the surgery, meaning I'm left without vital medication until I can see a GP. As they are the only surgery in Banknock I have no option but to use them, otherwise I'd avoid them.
Dreadful service that this surgery deliver .. phones never answered or diverted ..receptionists are always blunt or lacking any sort of compassion
Gp surgery, lovely and helpful staff, Gps are great
Dr Fiona Hunter is fantastic a Godsend
Great service pity services aren’t available more
