Today I took my mother in for routine bloods. Whilst there I asked if they would have a look at a cut on her knee which after consultation with the surgery I originally dressed two weeks ago. Absolutely no problem, old dressing removed, wound cleaned and back on Thursday to have it changed again. What a service!! Thanks. John Lorimer

Excellent Practice, they have always been helpful whenever I have gotten in touch. No delay in communication, used eConsult and got called back the same day. Practice Nurse Jane is very friendly and excellent at her job.
Amazing practice. Only registered here temporarily while on placement in Ayr and tbh tempted to move here and register permanently they're THAT good. Phone them and get an app whenever I need. No waiting in 2hr queues at 8am my usual gp super helpful very considerate just lovely all round! Highly highly recommended
I totally agree with others . This GP practice must be the best in Ayr. Receptionists to nurses and Doctors are so professional but es well as this are kind. So important, particularly in these strange days!!!
This is the best practice in Ayr all the staff are so nice and always do their best to help all patients! The doctors and nurses and lady's at desk have always helped me when I've been so low in mood and had any health problems and my mental health too! Should be rated best practice in ayrshire!!
Only joined the practice five months ago but they are brilliant. Appointments are readily available, reception staff friendly and helpful, the practice nurse and HCP are excellent, Drs are up to date and my H plylori was tested and results back the next day, with treatment prescription waiting for me. Also the only surgery that has managed to test my T3 levels on T3 medication. So delighted I joined them. Thanks for the great service and care.
Left my old practice last year as I felt I was getting no support so I changed to bankfield through a recommendation, have to say it was the best thing I have done in a long time. Dr Dosumo set up tests for me and most importantly listened to my concerns, through a few trials I'm glad to say my condition has settled down a bit for now and feel it's all due to your care and understanding, thankyou all very much the receptionists are always ready to help too.
Great medical staff. Lovely receptionists. And very helpful pharmacy staff. Free parking. Easy access for wheelchairs. Check out the photos for opening hours of Surgery and Pharmacy.
I have a life long illness and never had belief in my last gp practice . Moved here 3 years ago and now im much happier and have belief in all staff. Especially Dr Stevenson. 1st class gp.
