Wont be using this branch again, took me four attempts to get my ISA changed over, when they eventually did I was asked why I only had one account and where else do I bank and despite their shocking interest rates I was asked if I would consider changing my other accounts to bank with them. I wasn't even allowed to change my address either without photographic ID despite having banked for many years with this bank and having documents with my name on it on me. Overall very unhelpful service and will go to another branch in future.

Business banking closed at 3pm what’s that all about??? You will lose business customers if you don’t do something about this!!! And personal customers as well as most business bankers have personal accounts.

Cannot praise the staff in this branch highly enough.They were fantastic when we visited recently with a problem my Mum had. Spoke to a few managers (whose names we have forgotten) and also Nav the personal banking manager. . Ever so helpful and wonderful service. Thank you!
