I called into your East Kilbride branch today and was dealt by a cashier called Louise. I found her to be most helpful and very professional in her dealings with myself. A great ambassador for the BOS.  Well done.

Bloody Awful Waited in a Queue with two tellers out of 4 manned. One of the auto pay in machines out of service and 5 deep waiting. Stood in line  for the manned tellers for twenty minutes and when I got to front of the queue their machines weren't working properly so the manned tellers took an eternity to credit accounts. I gave up in disgust.
