I went in to the branch to deposit a cheque and the cashier told me about doing it on my phone instead of her actually doing her job. She ran me through it and took the photo of the cheque and said that was the process complete.  Fast forward nearly a week and the cheque has been rejected because it was blurry and the writing couldn't be read. I am no overdrawn and receiving charges because the cheque didn't workthanks for that.  I now have to reapply for a new cheque which can take upto 4 weeks.

Terrible service, terrible bank. I am an elderly lady and they prevented me from withdrawing money or using my credit card. They held me for 3 hours and called the police in. I left shaking and in tears by the bank manager Victoria. I am still waiting for an apology and they still stop me from using my credit card for online transactions. I wouldn't recommend using them or trusting them, they are shameful. I wish I could give zero stars.
