have been banking with these for a few months now went in today to withdraw some of my money only to find that my account has been frozen because thay tell me i need to give them proof that i am who i say i am.have just started a 10 day course with an american company doing the stock exchange and £490 of that companys money is frozen so i guss i wont be getting that job now thank you very much bank people for ruining my chances of a better life as i dont have my passport any more there not onlocking it but when i opend up the account a photo copy of my passport was good anough now there saying its not but ive not got the origional anymore thanks to the miss loosing it.so how can thay let me bank for months then block my account i askd them got on answer.seams there happy to take your money getting it back is another matter if you want to lose your money by all means bank with these .DONT BANK WITH THESE THAY WILL MESS YOU ABOUT 100%
