Bank Of Ireland are useless when it comes to sending/receiving money. 
I sent money to someone as they had needed it urgently using my account online, they did not receive the money for 3 days.. NO OTHER BANK DOES THAT. 
With any other bank when sending money there can be a slight delay but certainly not 3 days for such small amounts of money.

Bank of Ireland is highly outdated.  

If I get sent money it takes long to be received, it's an absolute disgrace.
I waited 7 hours for £20 

When calling in to see if I could cancel the money I sent they told me no, there's nothing they can do. 
Now imagine if it was sent accidentally to the wrong account.
Would you tell me that there is also nothing you can do?
Shameful. I had the choice between B.O.I and Ulster Bank but I chose B.O.I

They don't offer you debit cards unless your employed, they will only offer you a cash card. A question for the Bank of Ireland, what if a customer arrives at a check out in a shop and only realizes that they have run out of cash, there is an ATM in the store but they leave the checkout to go to the ATM then after withdrawing cash they will have go back to the back of the line and they wanted to avoid waiting, tell me Bank of Ireland, what good is a cash card in that sort of situation.
