This Bank has no privacy for customers who are discussing their accounts on the phone if your using the internal cash machines you can hear everyone's business it's a disgrace

I'm leaving this bank after 30 years. They don't have enough respect for their customers to put on sufficient staff. Why should I wait 30 mins in a queue for a basic banking service?

Awful bank rude staff and they cannot be bothered to see you and documentation is correct but they refuse to accept it moved to a better bank next door Bank of ireland needs to close
