Carmel was very helpful this morning. She was very informative and assisted us with our needs while making sure other visitors were looked after too. It's great to see since most branches are entirely machines now and customer service is slowly disapearing.

One star is to much in my opinion, why do staff in this branch think they are better than the customers? No customers=no job. The staff will do anything else except help the public, everything is always a hassle and they tut and moan if asked a question or for help from the customers. Shockingly bad customer service in my opinion.

All automated machines and very little face to face contact. Used to be a great branch but now that most of the staff are gone, it's not very user-friendly at all.

The red hair old lady  needs to be let go Had my little on with me ,i was going to open a account with them ,but not now will take my money across the road ,that lady should really not be front of house , i ask to open an account and was treated like scum in front of my wee one 2, lucky shes only small and wont understand what happened,

Utterly disappointed with the rudeness I experienced here today with the cashier who in my opinion shouldn't be allowed to deal with the public no customer service skills whatsoever
