This place is insane. A literal flavour explosion in a sandwich. The place is small, no room to eat inside, there is some seating outside though. Queues do get long but absolutely worth the wait. The banh mi was amazing. Not super tough bread so not so tough to eat/chew. Flavour was insane. Every bite was amazing. All of this for an amazing price. Highly recommended
delicious banh mi! found this place looking for cheap eats in central london and it did not disappoint. small inside there are a few chairs and tables outside, i imagine it to get quite busy as when i went it was 1pm on a weekday. the staff are nice and get orders done quickly. £7.50 for any kind of banh mi, i chose to go with garlic pork. the bread was baked to perfection, not to hard to bite and not too soft for it to get soggy quickly, will definitely be coming back!
Simply the best place for a lunchtime take out. Seats are very limited only a couple of outdoor tables, but the food is absolutely perfect and the price is unbelievable for what you are getting. It’s one of these places that I would happily visit every single day of the week
The food is delicious! Possibly the best in the area. This is evident by the constant queue outside during lunch. There is a wide variety of options. I've had the banh mi and rice box with special crispy pork, both delicious! A star off for not accepting Amex, otherwise perfect.Food: 5/5
Just got the banh my with lemongrass beef there. As a Vietnamese, I admit that this place is authentic. The flavour is amazing. Will definitely come back for other types of banh my. Too bad that they only open for lunch. The queue could be long but it moved really fast.Food: 5/5
The most authentic banh mi and Pho in London. The service is always lovely. The lady working behind the counter is always smiley and happy to help. If you’re not sure what to get from their extensive menu just ask. The chicken banh mi is great closest taste we got to the real thing in Vietnam- considering the food quality in England in general it’s amazing how they’ve managed to recreate and preserve the authentic taste and all their Pho’s are equally delicious. The chicken vermicelli was also great. Apart from the food their Vietnamese coffee is delicious and tastes like the real thing directly from Ho Chi Minh City ! Always get excited to come back here.

Super nice staff, feels like family business. I had the chicken satay baguette and it was very well served, very fresh and tasty. The pickled carrots give a bit of sweetness to it that work so well. Will definitely go back and try their pho!
Very good food, I have already been to another Banh Mi Bay in London before and had the best culinary experience but this little restaurant is mostly for takeaway so the food is packed in takeaway containers even if we were planning to eat in. Good nonetheless.
